SHARING YOUR PERSONAL INFORMATION

In order to respond to your travel request or booking, we may need to disclose some of your information to our partners including:

  • Delivery companies we use to send out your documents
  • Travel companies such as hotels, airlines, ground handlers and car hire companies.

We only pass on information that is required in order to fulfill the booking or enquiry, such as name and address to delivery companies and name and passport information to airlines.

Advanced Passenger Information (API) is required by many countries prior to arrival (or departure). API information includes personal identity information such as name, passport details, visa information, nationality, transit and destination data. Airlines and transport companies are required to transmit this information by law and data entry is requested at the time of ticket issue. To comply with these regulations Sirius Travel passes the relevant information to the transport companies who transmit the information to the relevant authorities.

We may contract with third parties to supply services to you on our behalf. These may include payment processing, search engine facilities, advertising and marketing.

Where any of your data is required for such a purpose, we will take all reasonable steps to ensure that your data will be handled safely, securely, and in accordance with your rights, our obligations, and the obligations of the third party under GDPR and the law.

Finally, we may also share your Personal Information to comply with applicable laws and regulations, to respond to a subpoena, search warrant or other lawful requests for information we receive, or to otherwise protect our rights.

BEHAVIOURAL ADVERTISING
As described above, we use your Personal Information to provide you with targeted advertisements or marketing communications we believe may be of interest to you. DATA RETENTION
When you place an order through the Site, we will maintain your Order Information for our records unless and until you ask us to delete this information.
